ADVANCED GRANDSTAND PASSES WILL GO ON SALE JULY 13 THROUGH JULY 29.
After July 29, passes will be sold at the Cowley County Fair Office and the Ticket Office at the Fairgrounds.

Reserve seat tickets will be sold at: Winfield Chamber of Commerce - 205 E. 9th - Winfield, KS
Reserve seat tickets will be sold on July 13, 8:00 AM
Reserve Seat Ticket requires a general admission grandstand pass or a one event ticket plus $5.00 per reserve seat ticket.
The Grandstand Pass will be sold at several locations throughout Cowley County
RULES
(READ ALL RULES BEFORE MAKING ENTRY. RULES FOR CAMPING AND PARKING: RULE #9 AND #10)
- Entries to the Cowley County Fair are open to the World.
Farm Products, Home Department, Floral Department see Rules for entry under classification. See last pages of this book for: Open Class Entry Blanks, Wheat Show Entry Forms and Demo Derby and Figure 8 Rules and Entry Forms.
- Any person making false entry will forfeit any prize that may have been awarded and will be excluded from all competition.
- In case of no competition in any class, first place may or may not be awarded, per decision of the judge.
- No prize will be paid on articles removed from THE GROUNDS BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE FAIR WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE SUPERINTENDENTS OF THE DEPARTMENTS.
- REASONABLE PERCAUTION WILL BE USED for the safety of stock or articles for exhibition or otherwise brought to the grounds, but the Cowley County Fair Association will NOT be responsible in any case of loss or damage.
- In case of protest it shall be made in writing, and shall be accompanied with a deposit of $50.00, which shall be forfeited in case the protest is not sustained. All protests must state plainly the cause of the complaint.
- If any decision regarding these rules shall arise, the decision of the Cowley County Fair Association shall be final.
- In cases where special prizes are offered by commercial organizations, individual or breed associations, it is up to the exhibitor to claim these prizes. The Cowley County Fair Association will not be responsible for notifying either the exhibitor or the organization offering the special prize.
- ALL CAMPERS MUST PAY CAMPING FEES! PRIMITIVE CAMPING - $3.00 PER DAY; CAMPING WITH ELECTRICAL HOOK-UP - $10.00 PER DAY. TUESDAY JULY 30, 2009, THESE FEES WILL BE PAID AT THE COWLEY COUNTY FAIR OFFICE. IF CAMPING FEES ARE NOT PAID BY THE SECOND DAY OF CAMPING, THE CAMPER WILL BE REMOVED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE!! QUIET HOURS AT THE CAMP GROUNDS SHALL BE 1:00 AM TO 6:00 AM.
- HANDICAP PARKING is the area immediately south of the “south end of the Grandstand.” The Handicap entrance/exit ramp is at the south end of the Grandstand. ANY VEHICLE VIOLATING THE FOLLOWING WILL BE REMOVED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE: Handicap Parking, Blocking Barricades, Blocking Roads or Fire Lanes, Parking on the Midway.
- ANY PICNIC TABLES USED IN THE CAMP GROUNDS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE BUYER’S DINNER AREA BY 3:00 PM MONDAY!
