Dear Outdoor Vendors:

Please read carefully as there have been some changes.

Planning for the Cowley County Fair, Aug. 1-5, 2024, is in full swing. This 5-day show will be held at the Winfield Fairgrounds, located one mile west of downtown Winfield on Hwy. 160.

Setup will be Wednesday, July 31^st starting at 8:00 a.m.
Exhibits are expected to be in place by 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 31^st and remain set up until 11:00 p.m. on Monday evening, August 5^th. Exhibits must be open a minimum of 4PM to 11PM nightly.
Please include trailer tongue and stairs in the total length and width of space needed.
Tables and electric cords are not provided.

If you sell merchandise at the Fair, please note that the Kansas Department of Revenue has requested that a list of vendors be supplied to them. All money and sales tax are the sole responsibility of the vendor. For more information, please contact the Kansas Department of Revenue.

If you camp or have a travel trailer, parking is first-come, first-serve. You may inquire about camping at the Fair Office.

NOTICE: After submitting your registration, please email proof of insurance for vehicles, trailers, and Health Department Certificates to outdoorvendors@cowleycountyfair.com and have them available at check-in. Food Service insurance must have a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability and list the Cowley County Fair and the City of Winfield as additional insured.

Please complete the following Application form no later than July 15th, 2024. When payment is received, the committee will review the application and you will receive email confirmation stating whether you have been accepted as an Outdoor Vendor for the 2024 Fair. If your application is not accepted payment will be returned in full.

THE COWLEY COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR PROHIBIT THE SALE OF ANY ITEM OR ITEMS THAT THEY CONSIDER INAPPROPRIATE OR DANGEROUS, SUCH AS: KNIVES OF ANY KIND, GUNS, LASER DEVICES OF ANY KIND, AND FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND. ANY PRODUCT DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE BY THE COWLEY COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. THE COWLEY COUNTY FAIR BOARD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, THEFT, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY KIND.

All waste, including Gray Water needs to be disposed of in a sanitary manner. NO GRAY WATER DUMPING.

THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT DENOTE AN OFFER FOR SPACE. THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT. DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, BOOTH SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED AND PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. WE WILL BEGIN REVIEWING APPLICATIONS AND SEND OUT FINAL CONFIRMATION. REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED IF YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT ACCEPTED.
